Harry Potter : Why didn't he die when Voldemort tried to kill him in

 "The Forbidden Forest"

It is still quite mysterious how Harry Potter survived the unforgivable spell 'Avada Kedavra'.The very first time Voldemort tried to kill him, he was a baby. Harry's mother Lily Potter , had filled him with so much love that the spell rebounded and hit Voldemort, but as he had made the many horcruxes before , he didn't die, in fact his soul split and latched itself to the only living thing in the room , Harry himself, hence he became the horcrux Voldemort never knew or never meant to make .

This comes to play later, during the last battle of Hogwarts when Harry willingly went to Voldemort to die in the forbidden forest and protect everyone else ,Voldemort had harry's blood in his body when he was resurrected in the fourth book , The "Goblet of Fire" . So, we can say that , it was either Harry's blood present in Voldemort which still had his mother's love or, it was the horcrux that was destroyed in harry's body when the spell hit him......

As it was previously mentioned that the power of his mother's blood would stop working once he turns seventeen in Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows. However , Lily's protection was unknowing extended by Voldemort himself, hence he was protected by his mother's love again...

It is quite self explanatory that when Voldemort used the killing curse on Harry, it destroyed the horcux in him , leaving harry to live. It is proven that the horcux was destroyed because Harry lost the power to speak parseltongue and Voldemort was killed in the end...
These two points are the most popular reasons why Harry Potter lived. However we forget one major reason....

The story of The Deathly Hallows of the legend from The Tales of Beedle the Bard, wherethe Peverell brothers tricked Death, who in return offered them "gifts" which eventually  lead to their deaths. These rewards were the Elder Wand, the Resurrection Stone, and the Invisibility Cloak.

Harry  possessed all three items of the Deathly Hallows making him the " Master of Death" He received the Cloak of Invisibility from his father, James Potter , the Resurrection Stone from Dumbledore , who hid it in the golden snitch, the Elder Wand . Draco ,who was unknowingly the previous owner of the Elder Wand, was disarmed by Harry, making him the new master of Elder Wand even though it was in Voldemort's possession. Harry's mastery of the Elder Wand which explains why Voldemort failed to kill him in their final battle, but also another explanation for why Harry survived the Killing Curse in the Forbidden Forest, which is that by possessing the 3 Deathly hallows ,  becoming the "Master of Death".
